Multiple-phased renovation that included guestroom upgrades with tub-to-shower conversions, hazardous material abatement, a new 15,000 SF awning, all new FF&E, and LVT installation, as well as a 35,000 SF renovation of the property’s ballrooms and meeting rooms. The ballroom and meeting room scope included ACT replacement, upgraded door hardware, new carpet, structural modifications to support chandeliers, and full restroom renovations.
