Comren completed the comprehensive renovation and repositioning of this former DoubleTree property into a full-service Hilton hotel. The project included renovations to all major Property components, replacement of PTAC units with a new VRF system, significant structural and roof work, and upgraded electrical infrastructure. Public-area improvements included a full lobby renovation, addition of a restaurant and new bar, and complete renovation of the meeting rooms.
