Guestrooms, Corridors & LobbyThe Renaissance Esmeralda in Indian Wells is a 560 room hotel located in the Coachella Valley. Scope included 401 tub to shower conversions with a Kohler pan, new LVT and carpet throughout, new wall tile and a complete FF&E package. All accessible rooms received code upgrades. The Lobby consisted of a new bar, glass railing, tile and FF&E. The bathroom doors were replaced with new barn doors and the closet doors were replaced with new and a new mini-bar was added to each room.
Guestrooms & Corridors
The 1,003 room Anaheim Marriott was renovated for the third time by Comren (2008 & 2014). LVT was installed throughout the guestroom and bathroom, 750 tub to shower conversions with a prefabricated pan and surrounds. Shaft walls were completely rebuilt to meet code and the bathroom door was widened and a new barn door installed.
Guestroom & Public SpaceThe 575 key Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills underwent a complete renovation of the guestrooms, corridors and public space. A former meeting room was re-purposed to a 3,000 square foot M-Club Lounge, and four new guestrooms constructed at the previous 12th floor concierge lounge. Guestroom upgrades included 90 tub to shower conversions, Title 24 upgrades, new finishes throughout, new bath doors, and new FF&E. Public space renovations included new lobby tile and wood refinishing, public restroom upgrades, new meeting room finishes and electrical, fitness center remodel and hardscape improvements. The 270 square foot Starbucks was demolished and expanded with an additional 1,000 square feet and all new finishes, equipment, and millwork.
Lobby, Bar & Ballrooms RenovationWith over 25,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space, plus and open concept lobby, the Glendale Hilton's public space was a complete transformation. The renovation included a full re-configuration of approximately 5,000 square feet of restaurant and eating space. New millwork included front desk pods, lobby focal walls, and a new state-of-the-art 50 feet bar all covered in book-matched stone. A new storefront, including a new automatic door entrance and an added exterior stairwell down to the renovated pool also contributed to this property's improvements.
Guestrooms, Lobby & RestaurantOne of the newest editions to the Marriott’s Autograph Collection, The Hotel Republic is a 258 room, 19 story hotel in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy. The guestroom and corridor renovation included all new FF&E, removal of vinyl to painted walls and electrical upgrades. The lobby included a new full service bar and interior finishes throughout. The pool was removed for a brand new outdoor/indoor club lounge including new operable storefront, gas heat lamps, new steel Trellis and fireplace.

The Pullman Hotel in San Francisco Bay underwent a unique renovation of both the 421 Guestrooms and 10,000 square feet of public space simultaneously in late 2017. Upstairs, guestroom upgrades included soft goods for the typical rooms, along with a full renovation of the 14 ADA guestrooms and suites. Downstairs, the public space received a complete transformation to the front desk, bar, and lounge areas. Outside, 1500 square feet of structural trellis was installed on the pool deck utilizing decorative "wood-look" aluminum.

The Ritz-Carlton at Half-Moon Bay underwent a major renovation for the public spaces in 2017. Included in this project scope were the Conservatory, the Bar, Wine Room, Lounge, Library, Meeting Rooms, Restrooms and Ballrooms.
Ballroom and Meeting Rooms RenovationThe Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey enjoyed a beautiful renovation of ballrooms and meeting rooms that took place in 2017.
