Guestroom Renovation
Renovation of guestrooms and corridors at a historic 379-room hotel in Pasadena, CA. The project included extensive stone repair with a proprietary seamless grout installation, replacement of guestroom carpet with herringbone wood flooring, new FF&E throughout, wood ceiling trim installation, and full interior repainting.
